Designing your own Custom Coffee Bag has Never Been Easier

Step 1: Contact Us! Your packaging journey with us starts as soon as you contact us. You can reach out via contact form, email, or even by phone! We're here to answer all your questions and provide the best packaging guidance. It's crucial for us to understand your vision for your coffee bags as we aim to work with you to achieve your dream packaging. ✨ Fun Fact: Here at Savor Brands, we offer both Digital and Rotogravure printing! Step 2: Samples, Samples, Samples! Once we have an understanding of your project, our team tailor picks your sample pack to best match your interests and vision. These samples will depict different bag styles, dimensions, material structures, and closures that we offer. We believe receiving samples is one of the most important steps as not only do you get to touch and feel the different bags but you're also able to conduct a full fill test with your different roasts and blends. Unsure on how to conduct a fill test? Let the Savor Brands Team know and we will provide you with outlined how-to instructions. If you're interested in receiving preliminary pricing at this phase, let us know the sample bag specs that piqued your interest! Did you know? The Savor Brands Team loves to meet and discuss projects with all our partners. If you prefer to meet via Teams, Zoom, or even chat via phone, notify us and we'll get something scheduled.

Step 3: Tailored Design Process We streamlined our process so that as soon as you confirm your bag specs, you will receive a template or dieline from the Savor Brands Team and your designer can begin placing artwork as quick as possible. Pro Tip: If you do not have a designer yet, let us know! Although we do not provide design services, we do offer an extensive designer contact list - full of designers who are familiar with our whole process.

Step 4: We Work Collaboratively with You At Savor Brands, collaboration is key. When you submit your final artwork to us, our Pre-Press Team takes the time to review, proof, and provide important feedback to you and your designer. Our Pre-Press Team's main goal is to ensure what you're envisioning will translate over into a physical product! As soon as your artwork has been given the greenlight by the Pre-Press Team, you will then receive a document we call a Pre-Press Approval. This is your final once over of the artwork prior to submission into production. At this step, you will also receive your Final Quote as bag specs must be finalized by this phase.

Step 5: Bringing Your Dream Packaging to Life To better assist you after your project is submitted into production, we developed our own Logistics Team aimed to handle all the shipping for our U.S. partners. Our Logistics Team will be the ones to provide all our U.S. partners with regular shipping updates and delivery estimates so you never have to worry about finding your own freight forwarder or figuring out the logistics for your order.
