Savor Brands runs the R+R® Program to make packaging recovery simple for coffee partners. The R+R® Box is for used coffee bags only. If non-bag items are placed in the box, or if bags are shipped from non-customers or sent outside our approved shipments, those items will be returned to sender. There is a cost to send bags back for processing. Savor Brands covers this fee to support a smaller Coffee Footprint and to help our customers.
Why Returning R+R® Boxes to Our Partners Matters
The R+R® Program works when the right materials reach the right place. That starts with sending R+R® Boxes back to Savor Brands partners who are set up to receive them. Key points- R+R® Boxes accept our partner's used coffee bags only
- No cups, filters, cardboard, or fillers
- Boxes must be sent through approved channels
- Bags from non-customers or outside shipments will be returned to sender
R+R® Box Rules You Must Follow
To keep the system efficient and fair, follow these rules every time:- Complete Savor Brands' certification
- Only deposit empty coffee bags made for or by Savor Brands
- Do not place trash, liquids, labels, batteries, or non-coffee packaging in the box
- Use the box only if you are part of the Savor Brands R+R® Program
- If you are not a Savor Brands customer or if you ship bags not in our R+R® boxes, your items will be returned to sender
- Understand there is a return cost for bags, which Savor Brands covers to support the Coffee Footprint and our customers when the bags are returned in a designated R+R® box.
Who Can Use the R+R® Program
The R+R® Program is available to Savor Brands customers. If you already buy packaging from Savor Brands, you can take part, return your used coffee bags through the approved process, and help reduce waste. If you ship bags to our outlets and you are not a customer or are not inside our shipment containers, the material will be returned to sender.Training With Certification for R+R®
