Breadfruit, or ʻulu, has fed generations in Hawaiʻi. Rich in nutrients and naturally starchy, this fruit has long been part of island diets. ʻUlu Mana takes this traditional crop and gives it a modern twist. Their signature product? Crispy ʻulu chips seasoned with garlic sea salt to cool lime and often paired with a smooth ʻulu Hawaiian Hummus. Every batch starts with ʻulu sourced directly from Hawaiʻi farms. That’s intentional.
