Marc Marquez is the Director of Coffee at Savor Brands, Certified Q Arabica Grader (CQI), and Authorized SCA Trainer (AST). His work as a coffee sensory professional has taken him all over the world involving coffee education, research, and competition. Since 2019, he has served on multiple sensory panels as a judge for the Hawai‘i Coffee Association’s Statewide Cupping Competition. In 2022, he helped launch Pono Collective; an education series designed to introduce learners to specialty coffee from a holistic approach.
